On Saturday I had yogurt and french toast. For lunch I had food from Stir Crazy. For dinner I had spaghetti. The beverages that I had for the day were soda, gatorade, water, and milk. I took my dog for a walk and that was for about a half hour. I didn't make it to Planet Power. I had all the groups but I was over the green fuel with grains. It might help you because it tells you what you need to eat to be healthy and it tells you what is in the food so then you can eat healthy.
One differance is that the plate is a circle and the pyramid is a triangle. Another is the pyramid gives you examples of all the groups. Last, the pyramid gives you information about them at the bottom. I think the pyramid one is easier to understand. I think I am meeting the recommendations.

I think I am good at fairness because I let everyone get equal turns. I also think I am good at perserverance because I never give up and I keep trying new ideas. Last I think I am good at listening because I listen to everyones' choices and opinions. I think I need to work on planning because we come up with the idea when we are doing the activity and I think we should plan before we start. Also, I think I need to work on leadership because I need to lead the group more. Finally, I think I need to work on safety because our teams kept falling off the scooters.

I liked that you could make up your own moves with your group, I disliked it because it was a little hard picking the dance moves to put in our dance. I would prefer to work in groups rather than alone. Creating my own dance didn't change my perspective on how challenging dance can be. I got more steps with the dance unit. I was not surprised that it was more than most activities. I liked that you let us create our own dance.

9/25 What I learned is that keep your waist close to the rock wall. Also use your inside and outside parts of your feet when you are climbing the rock wall. Last I learned the techniques in rock climbing that you can use for a lot of things on the rock wall while you are climbing. You can use this on our rock wall at our school and at Adventure Rock. I like climbing on the rock wall at our school, it is very fun! :) This summer I went to the American Idol concert with my friend! It was so awesome and amazing!!!!!!! I also made the MK Alliance soccer team!!!!!!!! I love soccer, it rocks!!:) I love the unit in gym right now, it is really fun!!!:) Last I went to my cottage a bunch of times with my family!!! It is so much fun fishing, swimming, and playing!!!!! I had a spectacular summer!!!!!:)
